about AC MILLER

Driven by the need to provide product/service excellence through process efficiency and customer commitment, AC Miller Consulting, LLC was founded in 2013 by its President, Dr. Alma Miller. As a certified ITIL V3 expert and PMP certified professional with a Doctorate and two Masters degrees, Dr. Miller has leveraged her academic and professional experience to quickly establish AC Miller Consulting as an up-and-coming player within its field. Since its inception, AC Miller has provided Project Management and ITIL training solutions for the US branch of SimpliLearn; provided assistance in drafting RFP responses for small IT firms; obtained a subcontract with DHS providing process architecture solutions for an expanding IT organization; developed transformation strategies for an O&M team to support the migration to a DevOps operational model; and continues to provide solutions for both commercial and government clientele interested in improving operations and developing their IT staff.
